Official Rules – Mas Latino J Balvin Concert Ticket Giveaway

1. SPONSOR
This Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Mas Latino LLC, located at 1 City Hall Mall, Medford, MA
02155.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of Massachusetts who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees,
officers, and representatives of Mas Latino LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion
agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or
win.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on March 27, 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on April 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM
EST (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of this time frame will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Entry Period:

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries or failure to complete all steps may result in disqualification.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive two (2) general admission tickets to the J Balvin concert on April 4, 2025.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50-$100. Prize does not include transportation, lodging, food, or any other
costs not explicitly listed. Prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitution is allowed, except at the
sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Mas Latino LLC on or about April 2, 2025,
from all eligible entries received. The selected winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or
email and must respond within 48 hours. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the
allotted time, or is otherwise ineligible, another winner may be selected.
7. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of
the winner.
8. RELEASE & PUBLICITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Mas Latino LLC, Instagram, and any
promotional partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or
acceptance/use of the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Mas Latino LLC permission to use
their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation
unless prohibited by law.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at its discretion. Mas Latino LLC is
not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries or for any technical failures that may
affect entry or the administration of the promotion.
10. DISPUTES
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these
Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be
resolved exclusively in the courts located within Suffolk County, MA.
11. PRIVACY
Any information collected will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Mas
Latino LLC’s privacy policy.
