Mas Latino, New England’s newest premier digital and radio network for Latinos, proudly announces the appointment of Deborah Metros as Chief Operating Officer. With over 25 years of experience in media, broadcasting, and community engagement, Deborah’s leadership will strengthen Mas Latino’s mission to celebrate and connect the Latino community through cutting-edge digital content, engaging radio programming, and dynamic cultural events.

Deborah joins Mas Latino with an extensive background in the media industry, having served as Vice President of Business Development at El Mundo Newspaper, General Manager at Costa Eagle Broadcasting, and as a board member of the Massachusetts Broadcasters Association (MBA), where she also contributed to the MBA Hall of Fame. Her experience in forging strategic partnerships and fostering community engagement aligns perfectly with Mas Latino’s vision of being a cultural hub for Latinos across New England.

In her new role as COO, Deborah will lead financial planning, operations, and partnership development to propel Mas Latino forward as a leader in digital media. Mas Latino’s platform offers a unique app experience that features curated content, podcasts, radio, and visual media, while also hosting exclusive events that bring Latino culture to life both online and in person.
