After an initial branding attempt that presented several challenges, Boston Legacy FC has unveiled its team crest, designed with Boston's history and landscape in mind.
A Symbolic Shield

The green color of the crest symbolizes the city's public green spaces, including the Public Garden and Franklin Park, where the team's future home, White Stadium, will be located.
A Successful Renovation
This crest and the new club name represent a course correction following the franchise's critically criticized initial unveiling as BOS Nation FC in late 2024. The launch campaign, headlined by the slogan, was quickly withdrawn after receiving criticism from fans and advocacy groups, who felt the message was insensitive and exclusionary.
The organization responded by engaging deeply with the community: it held listening sessions with fans, former players, and local leaders, and reviewed more than 1,500 survey responses and 500 name proposals. The revamped Boston Legacy FC He was presented with strong support from the fans.
